Meet Our Team

Cindy

Office Manager

Cindy has managed our office for more than 2 decades. She has excellent people skills and handles all of the day to day responsibilities of managing a staff of over a dozen. She does all of the office accounting and can answer all your billing questions.

Cindy attends dental conventions and regular seminars to stay informed and educated on all things related to dental business. She works very hard to keep our office on the cutting edge.

Cindy and her husband Scott have been married since 1982 and have three children and five grandsons. Although she takes great pride in everything she does for our office, being “Mimi” is her greatest joy. Cindy spends her free time at her second home in Old Orchard beach surrounded by friends and family. 

Erin

Dental Assistant/ Front Desk

Erin has been a member of our staff since 2001. When you enter our office you are greeted with her friendly smile and warm personality. She will help you with all your scheduling needs as well answering any billing and insurance questions you may have.

Erin got her Dental Assistant Certification from Boston University’s Dental Assistant program in 1998, and keeps her certifications current by attending regular seminars and courses. She assists the doctors regularly including simple filling appointments to large mouth restorations.

Erin lives in Wayland with her fiancé. She is a proud mother of two children and “Yaya” to the loves of her life, her two grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kim

Dental Assistant

Kim has been a dental assistant for 36 years, 20 plus of those years have been with our dental family. She wears many hats. She is our clinical team leader making sure that all our bells and whistles run smoothly.

Kim has extensive training with the doctors with Cerec, Suresmile, Invisalign, dental implants and botox. She is the implant and orthodontic coordinator and works to maintain all office compliance with OSHA and infection control. The thing she enjoys most is taking care of our patients and making them feel as comfortable as she can.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, arts and crafts and most of all spending as much time as she can with her grandchildren. She has a very large family and enjoys hosting at the holidays.

Ashlee

Dental Assistant

Ashlee joined our team in September of 2019 as a licensed dental assistant. She started her assisting career at age 16 and has been practicing for 20 years. She received her radiology certificate from Boston University and continues to educate and challenge herself with numerous continuing education classes. She completed the full mouth reconstruction course from The Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry.

She is passionate about dentistry and keeping up with modern technology to provide the best care for her patients. Her patients always come first. The connections and relationships she has gained throughout the years is what motivates her. Her silly and quirky personality makes going to the dentist a little more fun.

Ashlee is the proud mother to her son. She enjoys keeping up with him and staying creative. She can make almost anything turn into a craft project. Her goal is to continue to provide her patients with dental education as well as adding comfort and ease to their appointments.

Meghan

Dental Assistant

Meghan graduated from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2017 and joined Ladeau family Dental in 2022. Meghan found her passion for dentistry at a young age and brings her enthusiasm and a wide range of skills to the team. She received her Radiology certification at Boston University. Meghan has experience in pediatric, orthodontic and general dentistry.

She loves to form personal relationships with her patients and strives to make each dental visit a wonderful experience. Patient happiness is most important to her. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and snowboarding in Vermont.

Christine

Registered Dental Hygienist

Christine Thibeault is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Quinsigamond Community College with an Associates in Science degree in 1997. She has been working at our office since July of 2000. Prior to joining the practice, she spent time working at a handful of offices to get a feel for the kind of workplace that fits her personality.

Christine was also a dental assistant and a certified nurse aid in the past. She is passionate about providing the highest level of care with empathy, skill and concern. She really enjoys seeing the healthy changes in her patients and loves learning new things from each and every one.

Christine grew up in Millbury and is married with two children, who are quickly becoming young adults. Over the recent years, she has busied herself in her kids‘ sports and activities as many moms do. She has enjoyed traveling, loving their family cat, cooking, dabbling with her green thumb, remodeling/designing houses and spending time with her family and friends. She soon will have more time as her kids grow older and looks forward to putting her golf lessons to use and traveling more.

Kelsey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelsey grew up in Marlborough and joined our team in October 2017 after graduating from Quinsigamond Community college with her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. Kelsey loves meeting new patients as well as greeting many familiar faces from around town. Kelsey has a passion for preventative dental care and she strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.

When she’s not in the office Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Ina

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ina is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been part of the team since 2005. She takes a lot of pride in providing dental health and dental education to her patients.

Along with her husband, she has 5 adult children and 5 beautiful grandchildren, who light up her life!

In her free time she spends a lot of time with her 2 dogs, cooking, baking, gardening , golfing and knitting.

Averyl

Registered Dental Hygienist

Averyl joined our team as a registered dental hygienist in 2021 after graduating from Quinsigamond Community College. She enjoys getting to know the patients and educating them on how they can improve and maintain their oral health at home with a proper oral hygiene routine.

Her goal is to establish a professional and trusting relationship to ensure a positive dental experience. You can expect gentle yet thorough dental care. In her free time, Averyl enjoys spending time with family and friends, four-wheeling, and watching Netflix.
